Delivery of medicine within 60 minutes - Pluz Care x Storebox makes it possible

Pluz Care offers delivery of medicines within 60 minutes throughout Vienna. The start-up, founded in 2022, acts as an interface and logistics partner between pharmacies and customers. The desired products can be selected via the online shop or by phone, and after being checked by a pharmacist, they are picked up by local pharmacies and delivered to the end customer. Pluz Care offers over 1300 products in its shop, which can be ordered within Vienna during regular pharmacy opening hours, as well as on Sundays.

Thanks to the integration of Storebox into Pluz Care's delivery process, it has been further optimised and made more efficient. By using the dense Storebox logistics network, the amount of on-time deliveries at the chosen delivery time could be increased. Delivery by Storebox also improves the user experience, as the order process can be followed in real time via status updates.

By optimising the last mile, customer satisfaction has been increased. Storebox's dense logistics network in a large number of major European cities makes it possible to scale this solution approach to other markets outside of Vienna. The expansion of the cooperation to Graz is already being planned.
